Hi everybody! This link will take you to my video of my gondola ride in Venice. Venice is really old and it’s in water

Some other things I did today and yesterday were:
Watch the soccer game with daddy
It’s still raining so the water comes up on top of the sidewalks sometimes
Theres a mask festival every year in Venice so many of the stores sell masks. I like the animal masks
We went to a restaurant and the boys bathroom didn’t have a toilet seat
We saw pizza dough made into happy faces

Hi Oliver, it is great to see you on the canals of Venice. It has been a long time since I have been there and I wonder if it is still the same or if it has rotten a bit more. If you have time enough you should go and see the Murano glass blowers and the Venice graveyard.
Hope you enjoy your time!
I think it is rotting a bit more. I got to see the canals of Venice on a boat three times. I thought the canals of Venice were really cool. I liked the pillows we sat on in the gondola. Our gondola driver had four generations of a gondola driver in his family. Good bye Axel – see you soon in Berlin too!
HI Oliver,
I’m impressed with your blog!!!!! How do you find the time to add to your blog with all the sightseeing you’re doing? You look like you are having a fabulous time! I can’t wait to show the class your blog tomorrow…They are going to be blown away. Keep adding more material Journalist Oliver.
Ms. Ferreira
P.S. We miss you.
P.P.S. The kids were really concerned you left your soccer ball in the class. I’ll leave it for you in the office.
Hi Ms Ferreira!! (it’s Sean here – webmaster of sorts for this project…)
We’ve been having trouble with our internet connection in our place in Tuscany so only getting to the blog now. Evidently Italian for “wi-fi” is bring your computer to the front hallway and stand on your head while you type….. frustrating
More to follow. I hope……
Maybe check for updates yourself b4 getting the class involved. Trying our best here but it’s a little difficult at times.
Ms. Ferreira I am going to bed late here so I have lots of time to work on the blog in the evening. I get a lot of sightseeing done during the day. I can hardly wait to share stories with you about Italy. Maybe you could do a blog as well. Grazie
Dear Oliver,
Thank you for sharing pictures of your trip to Venice. We liked the pictures very much. We especially liked the photograph with all the masks. The masks were really cool. We are all VERY JEALOUS of your gelato treat!!! How amazing did it taste? We enjoyed the video of you in the boat on the canal in Venice. Thank you for dedicating the video to us. It made us feel very happy. You look like you are having a wonderful time. We wish we could be there with you, but you are doing a great job of sharing your experience with us. You’re making it feel like we are there with you. The houses do look like they are sinking. Keep adding to your blog. We will check your blog every day.
Sincerely,
Room 201
The gelato tastes AMAZING Room 201. I wish you were all here and we could share a gelato together. Yesterday I had three gelatos when we were in Florence (Firenze). I went to the Uffizi gallery of art where I saw the Medusa painting by Caravaggio (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Medusa_by_Caravaggio.jpg). Check out my website for more details. Have a great day and Ciao Ciao!
Dear Oliver,
Thank you for the Medusa weblink. I’m not sure what happened but the whole class turned to stone statues…I’m not sure what to do about the situation…Perhaps I will decorate my backyard with all the statues. Can you explain this?
Ms. Ferreira
P.S. I’m feeling a little bit stiff myself. I hope I’m not turning to sto-
