Hi Everyone!!
For my last days in Italy we went from Tuscany to Verona. We had a fancy dinner and Daddy & I wore our tuxedo’s and Mummy and the girls were all fancy too
The waiter was really nice and he showed my a magic trick with napkin and a toothpick. I’ll show it to you when I get home
We went to the opera. The show was called Aida. It was in a really old theatre called the “Arena” and it has no roof so you can see the sky while you are watching the opera
I slept through the last part of the opera because it was really late. I woke up at the hotel and we packed up again.
We drove the Scuda to a place called San Stefano al Mare. It’s on the north west coast of Italy. It is really nice and it has a BEACH!!
We stayed in a guard tower that was built in 1550.
It’s really cool and has some weapons from the old days on the walls!
In the town I saw some posts that had my friend Benito’s name on them.
On our last day in the beach town, we went out for dinner and I decided to wear my tuxedo again.
On the way home I saw a poster for a Michael Jackson tribute show. I like Michael Jackson so I did the moonwalk
And I got to eat more GELATTO!!
Today we got to Milan. It’s a really big city like Toronto but way older. It has lots of shops and I got to finish my Italia team outfit with the blue shorts. This is me in front of the Duomo (means church in Italian) wearing my Italia uniform. Too bad they are out of the finals
There is a big mall there called a Galleria. It has a glass roof and is way nicer than the Dufferin Mall
Ciao for now!! I will write again from Germany
Oliver

Hi Oliver, Thanks again for your story and pictures. I was in all the cities you visited but I never had those fancy dinners or opera, I should have come with you. You look great in your tuxedo, maybe you could ask your mom and dad to come to my house for dinner with Nanny to show me the pictures and you could wear your tuxedo (daddy can wear his jeans). Soon I will go to watch the Netherlands-Brasil game with Erno (of course the Netherlands will win). Have fun in Germany.
Cheers, Jeanne
I am glad you got to wear your tuxedo lots, you look smashing!! Now you are back are you going to learn to make gelato?? It looks really yummy and I since it makes you smart you must be just as smart as Einstein by now.
